What it is

Akoe reads your product’s site, sorts recent public posts by how close their authors are to the problem it solves, and gives you people you can reach now, each with where we found them. It is a beta: free, limited (5 reads an hour and 3 sorts a day), and it may change or stop.

How you may contact people

One person at a time, by hand, from your own account: a reply on their thread, or one email to an address they published. Say you built the product and where you found them. If they say no or ask you to stop, stop.

Never bulk-send, never add anyone to a mailing list, and never sell or share the people you’re given. Follow each site’s rules (Hacker News frowns on promotion) and the law where you and they are, including anti-spam and data protection law. You’re responsible for the messages you send.

What you give us

Only an address or words you’re allowed to share. We use them to run your projects and nothing else.

No guarantee

Akoe is provided as it is. We can’t promise anyone you’re given will reply, want your product, or that a post was judged rightly. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for what you or the people you contact do.

Ending

We may close an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to delete yours at any time: hello@getakoe.com.
